Pandora Charms
Pandora charm bracelets have a patented threading system that allows charms to be placed, added and rearranged. Pandora has created more than 800 handcrafted charms, available in sterling silver, 14k gold and murano glass, sometimes with semi-precious stones or precious gems. Other accessories for the bracelets include spacers and clips, which secure the lose beads in place and prevent them from falling off the bracelet when it is opened. One must screw each bead onto a small section at the beginning of the bracelet and across two small sections along the bracelet. This allows for the separation of beads, creation of patterns and prevents the beads from falling off.
Pandora Jewelry also donates a portion of proceeds from some charms to nonprofit partners, including Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the Institute for OneWorld Health.

How Pandora Charms Work

Each bracelet is divided into three sections by small threads. Every Pandora Charm and Bead is equipped with interior threads. This allows you to twist individual beads onto any bracelet segment in the order you desire. To complete the bracelet, two clips are placed over the middle two threads. The clips are opened by sliding one fingernail into the side corner of the crease. The clip will gently open. To close the clip, simply pinch the sides together. The beads move freely and rotate slightly with your wrists’ movement, creating an undeniable eye-catching effect. If you choose to add the
decorative safety chain, place the swivel cuff onto your bracelet first. Then arrange beads in the desired order and finish with the second cuff.
How to Measure for a Pandora Charm Bracelet
Wrap a tape measure tightly around where your wrist is broadest and add 1 inch to the measurement. NExt find the closest bracelet size. Some customers prefer to roll the bracelet over the hand. When measuring for a bracelet that will roll across the hand, measure tightly where your hand is broadest.

Pandora's Box
In Greek mythology, Pandora was the first woman on earth. Zeus ordered Hephaestus, the god of craftsmanship, to create her and he did, using water and earth. The gods endowed her with many talents; Aphrodite gave her beauty, Apollo music, Hermes persuasion, and so forth. Hence her name: Pandora, "all-gifted".
When Prometheus stole fire from heaven, Zeus took vengeance by presenting Pandora to Epimetheus, Prometheus' brother. With her, Pandora had a jar which she was not to open under any circumstance. Impelled by her natural curiosity, Pandora opened the jar, and all evil contained escaped and spread over the earth. She hastened to close the lid, but the whole contents of the jar had escaped, except for one thing which lay at the bottom, and that was Hope. Hence the expression "Pandora's Box" and the name of the bracelet with the many opportunities from Pandora Jewelry.
